I'm sorry but are you even a filipino to say something? Do you even know if their was a real EJK happening in the country? Tell me why is duterte highest satisfaction rate on the most common people, why do common people see that because of Duterte the Philippines is the safest.

The Philippines has a working legal system says PBBM so therefore ICC has no jurisdiction in the Philippines. But if we truly have a working judicial system, how did the same system allow EJK to go on during the Duterte regime? ICC is at the Philippines doorstep precisely because EJKs took place under the watch of this “working” judicial system.

God we pray for your Divine intervention in our country, that true justice will be given to the victims of EJK. That those that have less in life should have more in law to give them a better chance at competing with those that have more in life,” as it says. Law and Economics became inextricably bound together for better or for worse. But as a legal principle, it is not without controversy. “Less in life” is easy to measure. “More in law” has many interpretations. The Law at its best construal is represented by Lady Justice in blindfolds. Rich and poor alike are subject to the same law. But in the real world, recourse to legal remedies has a price not everyone can pay. The poor would likely fail to afford the acceptance fee - let alone other fees - of a lawyer.

I always say, God reigns over all..Leaders of this country come and go, and God will render justice for all in His time, where those who had been entrusted of the power to govern in righteousness will be held accountable for not honoring that God-given authority to render justice for all...Mr. President, the writing on the wall is written : you turn a blind eye to the injustice of the Dutertes against the EJK victims and you bluntly declare to protect the violators of EJK against ICC, woe unto you mr. Mr. President, if the DOJ cannot even guarantee to exact justice for victims of the EJK during the Duterte's administration, and you will not honor the ICC investigation on our country, and you even give protection to the accused violators of EJK, where does the victims of human rights abuses turn to, to find justice? Are the cries of the victims of EJK, now would just fell on deaf ears? How can we expect the International Community to help us against the bullying of china in the WPS, when you yourselves, is not willing to allow the ICC to help your own people who had been victims of EJK of the Duterte administration in order to find justice for your own people?
