The example in the middle of the video bugs me: [SPOILERALERT]: The only solution I see is to drop cows inbetween by flying over some (red) borders, is that allowed or am I missing something? :)

Well he was just doing an example. You wouldn't pick up the pink one first because it is the only one that is unencumbered and is possible to make it over with four hanging onto the magnet. All others would be blocked. Looks like you pick up the orange, blue, yellow then come back up front and pick it up as the 4th. I've never played just looks like what works unless I have the rules wrong.
