Just believe in your own thoughts, if people are playing mind games don't get roped in, know thineself first and foremost. No matter who tells me I don't know my own thoughts I say I have my sanity, my memories and don't forget those that caused me harm or pain, I win. As I will never forget.

Marcus Aurelius teaches us to focus on what’s in our control and let go of what isn’t. Could embracing this mindset along with daily reflection and self discipline be the key to a clearer, more peaceful mind?

There was a time in my past when I constantly felt overwhelmed by my own thoughts. Every mistake haunted me, and I couldn’t find peace, no matter how hard I tried. Even today, I struggle with moments of self-doubt that creep in unexpectedly. I’m learning to let go, but I’d love to hear your thoughts on how you find clarity and calm during chaos.
