As a Liverpool fan, I'm so happy that he said he despises Liverpool more than Citeh. That's how it should be. Despite our recent rivalries with Citeh & Chelsea, Utd are still the team most hated at Anfield. Caveat: Rivalry should never be more than banter & delight at misfortune on the pitch, it should never spill into any form of abuse or hate.

I LOVE THIS MAN TO DEATH. Idiots and trolls online will hate him for a year and a half of underwhelming football but forget the man had two consecutive 20 plus goal scoring seasons at 21 years of age. Add on top the absolute class and warmth he showed during COVID to achieve what he did and this last season scoring 30 goals. Proved them all wrong and I believe in him to keep doing that in the future as well.

Seems like a really good lad. Down to earth, and raised well. Bought his mum a house with his first paycheck, if I heard him correctly, and one for each member of his family. And he's got his family portrait as a tattoo as well as the places where he lived in through the years. Though I noticed he didn't say "still playing at United in five years' time", but he did say if he's still playing at the top level and won trophies with United, then it doesn't matter where he'll be....so that's at least something good.
