This guy went through the highly disciplined regime of LvG, the mental tests of being a Mourinho player and now thriving under a great attacking coach (who coached the 07/08 attack of Ronaldo, Rooney, Tevez). Played with Rooney and Zlatan. He would have picked up and learnt different skills and attributes from all of them. He obviously has a good head on his shoulders and seems to deliver in big matches.
