STRO! We miss you in TO. His comeback in 2015 from a torn ACL is the stuff of legend in Toronto. He tore it in Spring Training and made it back for the playoffs 6 months later. He was supposed to be out for the season with a possible 12 month recovery. Loved the intensity and the compete from this guy.

I'm from the UK and pretty new to baseball. I'm so excited to get started with my first Spring League in February and throw my first pitches. This was an awesome conversation to watch and Marcus was incredible to listen to. Seems like a really awesome, fun and dedicated guy.

Love the mess up timing part of the interview, you can’t pick up on that, you gotta guess if it’s gonna be a slow windup or a quick pitch
@adambrooks53573 жыл бұрын
His sinker is basically the Japanese shuuto pitch
@MrMalicious53 жыл бұрын
Shuuto, sinker, 2 seam are all pretty much the same pitch. Some people just get different action.

Prior to this the only thing I’ve seen from Stroman (when it comes to personality) was his quick pitch against Semien, which made me think he was cocky and a bit stuck up. Seeing this, my opinion has completely changed. The enthusiasm and personality needs to be displayed more in the MLB. I love this.
