My second youngest sister wouldn’t like those waltzers - she used to like riding with the safety bar open - I think they close almost as the default setting - if my sister tried to open it, either it wouldn’t open at all or the ride would stop - or it wouldn’t start until all safety bars were closed - even in unoccupied cars!
