I admire Zhao Lusi so much, to openly explain her journey with depression and letting us know she is also a human that suffers like us too. I was diagnosed with depression and anxiety in 2017 and I have to admit I still feel a type of shame for it and it's hard for me to talk about it.

Having depression... It's mental disorder.. That can coz danger for our physic... Lusi want to share to her fans other.. We should be proud of her... For being honest.. N remind us how Dangerous could it Be. . Lots of people in the world having depression coz of pressure of life... Some aknowlage earlier.. They can have teraphy wth phyciater... N they have the Wright medication.. But lots of people ignore it... N they cure them self by self healing.. . But when u r at late state will be difficult. . Depression.. It's mental dis order that can make them feel useless N feel like dying N kill them Self😢😢 So Iusi get recover faster coz of feeling loved. . That's make her want to survive N be Normal again... ❤❤❤❤

One would be lucky to personally get to know an individual with Zhao Lusi's mindset. The ability to pick up "the pieces" after life's events break your personal "mould" of being, is not a given; it depends on so many coincidental factors.
