Thanks for having us out and making me feel self-conscious about my lack of vascularity! Ha! :)

Any time! Well I was made to feel self-conscious about my strength, or lack thereof. Coop is the STRONGEST person I've worked out with in a while!

My guy! Good to see ya pop up in other channels! You're the reason I got my echo bike that started my home gym setup years ago! Thanks Cop!

I leave my sled trap bar outside year round. Not a problem. Gloves in the winter is the only adjustment.
@MIKEY1-1 Жыл бұрын
My first sort of sledge was a car tyre with a couple of eye hooks in the tyre and a harness. I set the bumper plates on a piece of cut out plywood stuck to the tyre and used a piece of scaffolding pole uses to stop the plates falling off. Now you can't push the tyre but I can drag it facing forward or facing backwards.

#5 would be a driveway, followed by #6 sled 😳 great suggestions, and anymore Marcus/Coop collabs will equate to guaranteed “I’m in!”. I was surprised to see FBB Persist wasn’t on coop’s list of “best online workout programs”… so this was a nice surprise. Persist is awesome. And I just got a Rep Ares… so Marcus, please start suggesting alternate exercises in persist for those with functional trainers 🙂

I think coop was being very professional with this guy Marcus. I say that because coops body language from this video on the one on his own channel makes me think he doesn't necessarily like Marcus. Or he had something else going on in his head. Just seems like he's going through the motions.

You've mentioned shoes several times....what shoes do you recommend?
@bigslacker6662 жыл бұрын
Great suggestions! Surprised to not see kettlebells as they take nearly no space and you can do nearly everything with them. Sleds are a tough one here in the winter. I've got a tank M1 but kinda hard to use it when we get 2-4 feet overnight. Though legs are gonna get a workout on the slopes anyway when that happens so maybe not a problem. ;)

If I can only have one, wedges or the slanted stand for the squats? Can the wedges shift while squatting ?

The wedges can shift a little with squatting, but I do like the versatility of having the two separate wedges.
