Nice video as usual. One thing I haven't found how to do is copy and paste an automation lane to a different track. Any ideas?

Hey Marcus, great video, I'm right there with you. I use and understand everything you've said. I still have 1 problem. When I move, or delete a wave with automation on the track (follow is checked), nodes are added. All I want is for the nodes to stay as I made them, without adding more. If I replace that wave(delete it) and add a new wave in it's place, I now need to manually remove the old automation. What is the fix?

i really wish you guys would implement the automation pattern feature :( A lot of the times we have to do bus automations etc not connected to instruments or audio stems, so at this moment in time it does not have any length restrictions, you can just select the automation points and move / copy them. But that alone a lot of times prevents accuracy, i have to adjust or recopy everything multiple times until i make it the exact same for the next 4-8 whatever bars.

Is there a way to automate more than one track(volume) at a time without grouping? IE a submix track, or can you automate a folder?

Why when you automate using your mouse and adjust the volume...it jumps in .6 in volume. How do you free that up so you can put it at any value

That would be "event based" Marcus (towards instrument automation within events. Anyway, great job explaining for your friend and others, Studio One's automation capability (both part 1 and part 2). JCT
