With great respect for Prof Amer Aziz, I would dare to say that the front metallic guard of your vehicle is the biggest threat to pedestrians and other road users. To avoid serious trauma to pedestrians, metallic bumpers and front guards have been banned in much of the world. Sir you are a great man, give it a serious thought as a trauma surgeon. Thanks.

8:11 there is a protocol for road traffic injury called ATLS ,It is done by professional team at the scene but if we all have little knowledge we can prevent further damage by applying that protocol in a right way ,Most of the time people are willing to help but the method they use is more damaging ,In ATLS where you have work accordingly like cABCDE c=cervical column , we have to stabilize cervical column A=airway to ensure the is no injury to airway from mouth or nose to lungs or there is no denture or anything occluding the airway , B= breathing , look for breathing whether he is breathing properly or is there any asymmetry of chest wall during inspiration or expiration , C= circulation , if he is bleeding , we have to stop that with the help different methods that depends on which part is involved , look whether he is hypotensive or tachycardiac due to excess loss of blood , D=disability , look for whether there is any injury to any part which can put a person into danger , E= exposure , expose all parts to look for any hidden injury ,, there is also log roll to see whether there is any injury on back or not that is done with team work ,,
