I'll start answering your last question: Emperor, Dimmu Borgir, Cradle Of Filth, Mayhem and Satyricon. I would love to see you ranking the discography from those. Well, let's now focus on Marduk question: I can really understand why you have put La Dance Macabre into the last position, criativity was zero for me at that point and between 2001/2003, they were pretty much in a comfort zone, actually, some people put World Funeral in a position next to this record on a ranking because of that, but honestly, it's one of my favourites, so I wouldn't. Actually, it's funny because I see both World Funeral and Panzer Division Marduk as a introduction for people that are interested to get both into the band or the black metal genre. But yeah, I think I would but Dark Endless into a greater position on a ranking, maybe because it seems even more brutal, perhap, but their records released from 1993-1998 would obviously receive the highest part on my ranking.

"Those of the unlight" actually first bm album I ever listened. Before this it were single bm songs. This one is my favorite of all their discography

I bought unlight on its release . I loved it but never bought another in all these years .. nothing I've heard beats it to my ears .. nothing bad at all just prefer other bands .. Great video .. I might try one or two of your top 5

I have every album, and I need to spend more time with them. World Funeral is a favorite. I really liked the new album. Viktoria felt like a let down after frontshwien. I love Night Wing and Ðark Endless. The others I need more time with. Frontshwien was my first so it means the most
