Have you ever encountered Canadians on the Marella cruises or other nationalities. It seems to be a British citizen exclusive cruise line. Please quote me if I am wrong. Amazing! We are Marella cruisers and have been since Thomson days. However, this cruise seems to be one I’d just love to go on. I really enjoy watching videos of your travels. Singapore is an amazing place, i remember going over to Santosa on the cable cars and taking a trip around the harbour on a boat. Look forward to more videos of your cruise and have to agree a Marella cooked breakfast takes some beating.

Myself and my wife did the Marella Discovery 2 Med cruise and I loved it. I have a Sports Travel Business and I was in Singapore last April escorting my customers to the Singapore Rugby Sevens, so your video brought back memories on many fronts. Will be interesting to see if you stop off in Hong Kong as this is another destination I travel to regularly for the Hong Kong Rugby Sevens; in fact, I will be in Hong Kong this April.

Another great vlog andy i was due to go on a princess cruise from singapore but got cancelled due to covid and then they moved the ship to australia i was not happy, i was due to stay at the orchard hotel for 5 days first a to go to all the sights you went to i looked great. The ship looked good to you can see its a old rccl from inside your cabin cant wait for the next vlog brilliant footage well done again.

It was great but tiring! Five port stops straight off (including our overnight in Singapore at the start) before we had a sea day. We were pretty tired!

Great vlog we were on the celebrity solstice far east cruise in november and Singapore is one of my favourite cities gardens on the bay light show is fantastic when you were at the hawker centre in chinatown you should have tried the fried carrot cake now thats hot lol

You were right, you got back to the Harbourfront Centre. Vivocity will be the shopping mall right beside. 😊 Could have gone to Sentosa just opposite to have some fun as well. Do visit Singapore again! 😊

If you guys are into nature, there are lots of nature parks in SG like Botanic Gardens which is a UNESCO Heritage park, Sungei Buloh Wetland Reserve where you can see lots of wildlife. There are also few offshore islands to explore too! Also, do try out the SG local foodfare. Hawkers centres are great choices!

As it was a night flight, we slept a fair bit, which passed the time. On the cruise, we couldn't sleep at night for a fair few nights though.

Well Andy & Kirstie, I've looked forward to you getting home to upload and you have not disappointed. We are booked to do 2 weeks with Marella in the Med this August, with an eye on a Caribbean cruise in Feb 2025. Looks like we need to add the Far East one to the list. Seeing places like Singpaore makes me realise what a backward looking expensive under invested shithole the UK is. As we say in the North East "Keep a haad"
