Every teenage girl in this day and age needs to sit down and listen to this song! My daughter is 14 and just got out of treatment for depression and I had her listen to this. I always try to do whatever I can to uplift her but sometimes the world has a great way of knocking all that down for these poor girls coming of age and seeing the world through a different lens than they had as a child.

Lindsey Kimbrell I have a 15 year old daughter. They feel so much pressure now. It could be clothes, makeup, shoes, car and pretty much what they have. I’ve never realized women were so harmful to each other. I worked in a corporate office at a big government contractor in payroll. That office was so petty and childish. I was laid off basically for doing my job and doing it right. I don’t think women need to hurt each other. Everyone is beautiful in their own way and the kids can’t help their financial situation.

After my mom passed away unexpectedly last month, I have been feeling so lost and empty without her. Every time I get in the car this song is on the radio & I like to think it’s my mom letting me know that everything‘s gonna be okay. Corny? Yes. NO NOT CORNY!!! I lost my baby brother 35 yr old my best friend my 1st BEST AND REAL TRUE FRIEND. It'll be 2 yrs ago on the 16th. He passed suddenly on Feb 16, 2020. To soon musoc is therapy. It can help u in ways that you never expect for it too. My mom automatically went to her music bought a harley and then another one is in some biker chick club has tattoos and one is really awesome its a heart but the 2nd part of the heart is a G cleft that G at the beginning of of the song that is on the music sheet. Or kinda like them old vhurch hymals in the back of the pew lol. Girl I cant even imagine how u must feel but i will be praying for you and your family! Ik ppl will say it gets easier with time u will get over it and be ok. I cant lie to u tho. It seriously never gets better i was just talking to my cousin and telling her how ive been a mess i try not to remember the date he died but i cant. He and I werent super close in the end bc of his drug addict wife snd and him taking care of thier 3 kids. I hoped it would change. But, they still havent had time to grieve. Bc his wife married our 1st cousin less than 6 months after he passed. So his middle child is his only son and he is turning out doing thing my brother would kill them for. They let him do drugs he walks by me like its normal and ok for him to have a blunt in his hand smoking or my cousin hands it to him on the pass. Thats some bs. So its just something that hurts me more than anything. Ik and my mom my cousin and even my ex husband knew he wouldn't live a full life. I dreamed the same dream since well i was about 14 or so then it got worse he knew that he would die and soon he went to jail got terribly sick and he kept asking me to go to the medical award and they wouldn't even do it so he died on a placement or on one of them tiny half inch mats that they give you and a crowded tank tank and by time they finally called the ambulance he had been in the middle of walking in and fell down on his face on the concrete even the other inmates was trying to help him because even the warden's wouldn't the warden or any other guards so by time they took him in the ambulance they were I don't know they had to bring him back to life they did that three times they handcuffed him to a bed like he was going to run somewhere when all his Organs were shutting down and the lines they had to run he had over 16 heart attacks over a 5 day period but they wouldn't help him. His body shut down completely because he hadn't been treated before like He had asked to so many different times also other inmates was trying to get done for him to they got pissed and had to carry him to the next tank over its horrifying i sit and think how he must of felt was he scared was he ready just what types of thoughts he must've been thinking. He gave a bunkie a pc of ppr with my Dad's# & address he came to see us when he passed and told us everything and my soul was ripped out like i couldnt stop it that horrible crying that stops your breath b4 screaming and fighting trying to let it out. It was my soul coming out i wanna believe that when i breathed back in i got some of it back. But ill never be 100% whole ever again. So im sorry ik i literally just talked about my loss. As i said i seen ur post and felt drawn to it for some reason. Again I wanted u to know that is what they are GONNA say no doubt about it. But, know that as much as u want that to be true it isnt. U only learn to deal with it which is sad af but i know ill see him again when my time comes or Jesus comes back. I admit to u that i did find Jesus and it caused me so much peace and joy that i was going through. It wasn't like it was taken away but it helped me. My brother was supposed to be a preacher and could've been. Someone a true prophet (ik bc i was around him for my entire life and everything he said was gonna happen it happened) the only reason he didnt is bc he and i were literally just visiting different churches but never found one that was a good fit. Sadly i found it at my bf(10yrs) cousin passed and the family had someone who knew them i was friends with his family b4 we actually started the relationship. But it was the 1st funeral that id finally went to since he passed. It was insanely packed ended up having to do lile churches do on the 2nd room bc we surpassed the buildings capacity. He made a mark on everyone that he would walk by a gas station and say hey I don't understand it who would stop knowing and be late for work good thing Elizabeth co-owner of our family business. He would be helping some ladies who got stuck in the eyes for snow or they needed a tire change anything like that even when he didn't care he was he was brilliant so smart he could do anything it was he wanted to be an architect but he could have been any practically dead when he would remodel homes but I guess the point is that you're going to learn talking about him in the beginning is extremely hard but it's something that you don't want to stop doing at the same time you know and I'm sure that you're already tired of people asking how you're doing and them saying that and I don't mean that to be mean I don't I just want you to know that it's something that it's not going to seem real I just realized today right before my cousin sent me this song and I'm so glad she did! But I realized that the way that I was thinking that okay he was in jail which is only in there for not paying a parking thing or showing up to jail or I mean you know to court I mean and because his attorney was in Texas cuz he was trying to fight it and they put out a bench warrant on him and he was in there for 5 days so it was just the county jail but it's the worst it's like number three rated and the entire United States county jails number three that's pretty bad so it was almost like okay he's in there he'll come out soon or man he sure is on a long vacation you know almost like he was just going to come back anytime but today I realized no it's final and that hurts if you ever need to talk I bought a Facebook Instagram TikTok and telegram my insta and Facebook is Crystal Esposito my handle is @Roxstargnme or @roxstargnme_1_ )forgot that password and had to syart over lol. But really please you you really do need to talk to somebody sometimes I'm not saying that you do right now but you know if just whenever if you do I'm here

Look into using acupuncture with the IVF, apparently there is some evidence of it improving the odds. My wife opted for this the round that was successful. Such a wonderfully talented and unique sounding woman. I fell for her singing when "My Church" hit years ago, and have truly enjoyed watching Maren blossom into the star she was destined to be. All of her music has appeal F britney aldean.

This song has helped me beyond what you can imagine...and couldn't have come at a better time, life /bad relationship was beating me down this song enabled me the strength to stand strong and keep moving on it saved my life and I am not kidding, I must play it a half dozen times a day or whenever I feel weak.

I lost my mom November 24th, 2015. I was really missing her a couple weeks ago and as I was crying at work this song came on the radio.. my mom used to call me baby girl. I bawled even harder. Thank you so much for making this song. ❤

I just want to take a moment to say that this track has quite a unique guitar tone (dirty and raw) as if it is coming from an old guitar amp unearthed from decades ago. Excellent component to Maren's song.

Love this song. There isn’t a day that goes by that I need to pick myself up off the kitchen floor.or someone to acknowledge I’m trying. I sometimes feel like I’m all alone w the stress of being a mother, wife, provider. The weight is sometimes so heavy .. this song helps in so many ways. Watching the video and women embracing each other .. means a lot to me bc I don’t have an abundance of friends. Maybe if I did I could share my stress w girls who know what it’s like. Thank you for a great song. Anthem for life!!!

I've been reading most of the comments, and I'm at a loss for words. Being in the Marine Corp and seeing the things no one else could possibly fathom unless you were there I have to say as much as I respect what others go through in life, what kept me from going crazy,or into depression was my Faith in God and Jesus Christ ! I've been discharged for years now and living a productive life without drugs or alcohol, but high on my Faith.. To all who are living with one obstacle,or another know that someone is praying for you..now and forever..🙏

LYRICS Verse 1] Man, this shit's unflatterin', all up in my head again I don't feel myself right now, maybe I should just lay down If vanity's my vitamin, well, I don't feel the difference I don't like myself right now, gotta find a way out [Pre-Chorus 1] What you feel is natural But I don't wanna feel this anymore Pick yourself up off the kitchen floor What you waitin' for? [Chorus 1] Girl, won't you stop your cryin'? I know that you're tryin' Everything's gonna be okay Baby girl, don't you hang your head low Don't you lose your halo Everyone's gonna be okay Baby girl [Verse 2] Draw your comparisons, tryin' to find who's lesser than I don't wanna wear your crown, there's enough to go around [Pre-Chorus 2] What you feel is natural (Natural) You don't gotta put up with this anymore (Anymore) Pick yourself up off the kitchen floor (Oh) Tell me what you waitin' for? [Chorus 1] Girl, won't you stop your cryin'? I know that you're tryin' Everything's gonna be okay Baby girl, don't you hang your head low Don't you lose your halo Everyone's gonna be okay Baby girl [Bridge] Girl, don't hang your head low Don't lose your halo, don't lose your halo Girl, don't hang your head low Don't lose your halo, oh [Chorus 2] Girl, won't you stop your cryin'? I know that you're tryin' Everything's gonna be okay Baby girl, don't you hang your head low Don't you lose your halo Everyone's gonna be okay Baby girl, won't you stop your cryin'? (Won't you stop your cryin'?) I know that you're tryin' Everything's gonna be okay (Everything's gonna be okay) Baby girl, don't you hang your head low Don't you lose your halo Everyone's gonna be okay (Everyone's gonna be okay) Baby girl [Outro] Everyone's gonna okay, baby Mm mm mm, mm mm mm Hoo hoo hoo, hoo
