these are great ,, used one for years , the finished job feels a lot smaller than say an apeks standard mouthpiece , but the different geometry , ie without bits in the middle , is so comfy and it throws as much gas at you as you could ever want . very very comfy , after one of these anything else feels huge and bulky. a couple of hours in the water is no prob , no jaw strain , its as if it just wants to sit there and work for you , very very little effort to keep a great grip on the reg. highly recommended.

No it comes standard on the legends and all apeks regs that I know of it has the bridge piece across the top that rests behind the front teeth and it’s a short mouthpiece doesn’t fill your whole mouth up it’s my favorite one I put them on all my regs

I've heard that said before, but it's too small for my teeth. Meaning it leads to jaw fatigue keeping it in. Which lead me to watching this video for an alternative.
