I am sorry, but Maresca is not good enough to be Chelsea's manager. Maresca waits until 70 mins to make a sub! Opposition score again… Despite losing, we continue to play it around the back 4 until the final whistle. Am I describing the defeat tonight or any one of our last 10 games? Same nonsense every week. We’ve had a great first half of the season, but teams have figured us out. They’re marking Palmer out of the game and exposing defensive weakness by pressing high because we INSIST on trying to play out from the back 🙄 Maresca has no plan B!! Enzo Fernandez is an excellent player but it’s becoming obvious we don’t win enough matches with him. Caisedo is useless whenever he play with Emzo including the defense. We won more games with Lavia and Caisedo. I noticed this since last season, we won virtually all our matches when he went for his surgery and we started using Conor Gallagher and Caisedo together. Chelsea pattern right from the onset is always 2 strong defensive midfielders. Our midfield collapse with Emzo, the earlier we notice this the better for us. Can’t wait to see the pair of Caisedo and Lavia back in our midfield. Emzo is better coming in as a substitute. My opinion Thanks 🙏

At this point, there's no use pointing fingers at individual players anymore. The way we play as a team is what’s put us in this mess. Sure, the points we’ve dropped recently have come from plenty of individual errors, but the real issue is our entire system. First off, our build-up play from the back is an absolute disaster. We waste time passing sideways in defense, practically begging the opposition to press us. That press completely shuts down our midfield because their forwards block any options for progression. What’s the genius solution? Aimless long balls that almost always end up with the other team. And on the rare occasion our defenders do manage to find a way out, the players receiving the ball are under insane pressure with their backs to the goal. What happens then? They pass it right back to the defense or the goalkeeper. Mistakes are inevitable when the ball is pinging around at this pace with no structure or support. We can’t just sit around waiting for opponents to leave gaps for us to exploit on the counter. Where’s the plan for a proper build-up? Where’s the strategy to control the game? I’m done watching this nonsense. It’s beyond frustrating!
