As a parent with a child who is struggling with anxiety, I feel a lot of empathy for the family. Be patient with the process. As you work it through, there will be ups and downs. Hang in there. There's hope.

Spartan here. Always had much respect for the University of Iowa and their athletic programs. Coach Mccaffery is a straight shooter who has really revived that program. best wishes

Boilermaker fan here. I wish Iowa all the best in the tournament this year. I always thought Fran was a little looney, but after that staredown with the ref earlier this year I began to understand how hard he fights for his players. It's not about him as a coach, he's just leaving it all out there for his players even if it might be perceived as a little embarrassing. As a college athlete on that team, that's the kind of stuff that would make you run through walls for your coach. I honestly wish coach Painter would get in the ref's face a little more at opportune times, but it's just not his style.

I had a feeling things weren’t right with Patrick, he didn’t have the same energy on the court like he’s showed in the past. To me, he looked like he lost weight when I expected to see him fill out some. Hopefully he’ll be back before you know it and help his team win some games.👍
