Named in 1927 after the owner Mr. Cruikshank's daughter, Margaret's Hope is one of the oldest tea plantations in this region - formerly known as Chhota Ringtong or Bada Ringtong. Legend has it that Margaret's spirit still remains at the estate, lurking around the Manager's Bungalow.
