So enjoying watching you do her challenge. I’m doing it also. The pictures of people of who you don’t know who they are reminds me after my mother-in-law passed my sisters-in-law sorted her photos into 3 pies for he and his siblings. I didn’t know who some were and when I asked him he had no clue. I asked his sisters and they told us that anyone who they didn’t know went into his pile. REALLY? If they didn’t know he SURE wouldn’t! Kinda funny.

Hi Gayle, Looks like a fun project, bringing back some memories for you I'm sure. The Walt Disney stamp brings up memories for me. The first issue was Sept 11, 1968 and they had a big celebration in WD's hometown of Marceline, Missouri. I was only 8, but I remember my Dad was away for a few days then and when he came home, had a bunch of the first issues. He was a trumpet player with Navy Band in the Chicago area and they had invited them to play at the celebration. So, that's why he was gone a few days. He has told me it was a lot of fun. Absolutly loved this Gayle, couldn’t you incorporate this into scrappy Saturday as you are technically using scraps to collage.......20 minutes for your page then 40 minutes of whatever else you choose.

Just seen you doing this challenge and you saying how much you love Disneyland, I had a thought that you could do a Disneyland theme junk journal for yourself. That way you can add all your experiences in it. Love the collage. I think it would be a great idea to make the photos into digitals.

Really liked the baby pages. Except for the tag and barcodes. The challenge looks like fun but I would pick and choose what I place on the page regardless of the prompts. I'd use the prompts as suggestions only and allow my own creativity to go where it wanted to go. That would make me feel more in tune with my own creative urges as opposed to another person's directions. I'm an old man. My days of being told what to do are behind me! Lololol!!! Life's more fun that way!

Love the challenge you are doing and the pages came together so quickly and so well. I love them all, the littlies on their chairs are super cute, but, if i have to be honest, my VERY favourite one,, is the Disney one. Loved Disneyland when we visited on our one trip to the States, it was a magical 2 days, even for adults. (are we not all small children at heart when it comes to Disney???) That was fun and fresh!!!!!😄 in re: to Scotch create glue stick, though it's stringy sometimes, it bonds immediately and absolutely the greatest for fabric ...I trust it. As well as Elmers extra strength permanent glue stick. I have twenty sticks of Uhu that I'd throw away tomorrow if I didn't dislike wasting money...though I am finding its okay with paper, as long as its not shiny paper surfaces, or coffee dyed paper... But I always have to check and recheck items and sew em down...twenty four sticks of "never again..lol! But what may work for one crafter might not for another! Though I strongly suspect this batch sat in an Amazon warehouse distributor for longer than it should. I'm just carefully checking it all the time!!! Anyway... Love the video and I was working along with you all!!! Oh btw, today I worked on a felt covered cardboard box panel making it into a pin up board, while I was enjoying your fabulous video. I'm a little surprised you don't like the scotch create glue stick. I get that it's really sticky and it has strings sometimes too. Those are definitely the negatives of it. For what I use it for, I need it to be super sticky, so I suppose it depends on what you use it for. I've found that you can even use it with fabric, which is something I've never seen in a glue stick before. Honestly, I think it depends on the person and what you're using it for, right?

I love these, talking about Walt Disney, my Mom entered an art contest in high school in Los Angles and was offered a job by Walt Disney as a cartoonist but she was young and did not take the offer. She continued to be an amazing artist all throughout her life though❤️
