Mridangam is substandard and mars the melody. Kanjira is excellent. Sowmya and Kannan are excellent as always

Although the theme was simple and straight forward, Sowmya performed well doing the most familiar kritis.. However, contrary to what she mentioned in the beginning, I have yet to hear one sáhitya in Kannada by Vasudevachar in the You Tube or anywhere else.

The fact that you're degrading a Sangeetha Kalanidhi's intellect speaks volumes on how much YOU actually know or care about Carnatic Music. Everything talked about Vasudevachar is from her research and experience. You would know this if you would have taken time to actually get to know her bani of music instead of littering the comment section with your baseless opinion.
