What's worse is that that was from an actual episode (the one where Milhouse's parents divorce) and the writers for season eight aren't the same ones from season 2 (which had the episode where Marge reveals that Bart is allergic to butterscotch and imitation butterscotch. Also glow-in-the-dark monster make-up. The episode was I believe the one where Homer forces Bart to donate blood to Mr. Burns because he thinks the family will get money from him that way. Why isn't there a Dark Simpsons adaptation of that episode?)
