yes!! i just moved across the country and the biggest challenge has been finding friends! it's weird because i feel like most people in their mid-20s feel the same way, but it also seems like everyone already has their group. it's hard to know where to look and how to even approach making friends in adulthood.

I really appreciated you sharing your thoughts about body image struggles. I've had similar struggles until I met the wonderful person I'm dating right now. I remember watching your vlogs through college about vegan diet and exercise, but sometimes I was worried that I wasn't doing things right in my own life. However, I've learned the hard way to not compare myself to others, because I am my own individual person. We have to do what's best for us and not always comparing ourself to others.

I went to Costa Rica a few years back and planned the best trip for my boyfriend and I! We landed late in San Jose and spent the night. Then headed to Arenal the next morning for 3 days - did a Volcano tour and got to swim under a waterfall, which was super surreal. We went to Monteverde for 1 day and explored the Cloud Forests. This experience was so surreal, we saw Howler monkeys and walked on a suspension bridge. Our last days were spent in Manual Antonio (big rec) - It's a beautiful beach town with tons of spider monkeys. I would recommend visiting the National Park - we saw tons of baby monkeys and slots, did a beautiful hike that wasn't too long but offered gorgeous views of the water, and had access to other beaches! Enjoy!!

Manuel Antonio is the BEST!! Loved Manuel Antonio Falafel Bar and also did canyoning/repelling in the rain forest that ended with a fresh cooked meal it was INSANE. & touring the national forest/seeing all the wildlife!

omg!! i lived in costa rica for a couple months a little more than a year ago!! it is the best place ever!! i always suggest to try to find more local things to do, less touristy stuff!! get into the small towns if you can!!
