Welcome discussion by the EON guys. Thank you for putting this stuff up. One point that I have come to note with you guys though is that you give a lot of credence to people like Sahil Adeem while putting down traditional Islamic scholars (believe me Mirza Engineer is not one of them). It seems that unless religious scholars are politically involved they are basically not worthy of consideration. Even with the issue of Palestine, not once was it mentioend that the major groups of religious scholars did in fact get together and held one or two major conferences. Instead of questioning their motives or lack of energy, bring these two ladies and others on the Save Gaza campaign together with some of those ulema.
