Dr. Haifaa explained in another video, ‘if u r doing anything to make urself prettier and that beauty, will be shown publicly, then think twice’. So it is important to consider why u’d do it. is it to show ur beauty to public (who don’t really matter)? or some other reason which may not have any such intention behind it? Think, if disobedience or disregard or dislike of Allah’s ruling will be the reason, purpose or outcome of plucking the brows. Then u’d know the answer. You must be a good soul to consider the permissibility of such detail. May Allah guide u in the right path.
