Maria T. Zuber

Tracing an interest in space back to elementary school, Maria Zuber has always taken an interdisciplinary approach to her passion. With research interests that include theoretical modeling of geophysical processes, the physics of volcanism, developing space-based instrumentation, marine geology, space travel, and the relationships between gravity, topography, and tectonics in planetary lithospheres, she-first and foremost-wants to understand how everything works.
