I honestly think the public Grand gesture fits perfectly. We have to remember how Kate wanted to keep this relationship outside the work place and on the low. For Kate to express her feelings out in the open basically shows Lucy that Kate really do love and want her. When Lucy went to walk away and stopped, I think that’s what crossed her mind. Lucy always knew Kate loved her when she didn’t give Kate the chance to respond to her I love you and the interrogation. Lucy damn near saw her world came crashing when they were speaking about the assassin. Kate showing any interest in another woman practically killed her. This was a nice build up I must say. Kate evolved with her feelings when it came to Lucy.

Lucy doesn’t know that Whistler talked to the spy in front of Ernie, she doesn’t know that she told Tennent it was all her fault or was undone when Lucy was in danger. She knows Whistler cheated, lied, took forever to apologize and hid her to her friends. Whistler had to show Lucy that she was more important than her pride, her job and her insecurities…..and Whistler grew as a person by being challenged like that! Love should push you outside your comfort zone, challenge you and yes sometimes make you act foolish!

I'm so pleased that the writers for season one took their time to give us, such a compelling story between these two. The angst between two people in love kept us wanting more week after week. Kate showed us just how compassionate she is about Lucy and Lucy was about to break, fall apart. Of course their will be bumps in the road for seasons to come, but I'm hoping the writers stay on course and we are surprised yet again. Once again Lucy doesn't let her finish a sentence but this time Kate is silenced with a kiss so it's FINE, no words needed when the love between them is so strong. "i can't go another day without you" this line was AMAZING and I think it's not just Kate that feels it, for Lucy as well must've been exhausting resisting her, you can see the moment Kate drops the 'I love you' all her resolve is crumbling (maybe that's why she didn't let her speak before, she's weak for Kate Whistler and she knows it) and she just gives in. I'm so happy for them, and i can't wait to see their relationship blossoming next season (i need tons of domestic moments!)

Well... I have to say I don't think a network has ever impressed me this much. I was super worried that they were making it sound like there was going to be a reconciliation when in reality it wasn't gonna be or it was going to be some kind of a friendship thing until next season. I could not have asked for a better episode right from the jealous funny bits from Lucy to Kate's display of love for Lucy while questioning the FSB agent and of course the amazing ending/Kacy reconciliation... and how about the Ernie & Whistler scene? Damn it was awesome.Those two were so funny together. Maybe he will be like a bro to her since she lost hers. Thanks for the uploads. I've watched way too many times to count now. Love it that much. Hard not to get invested in these fictional characters when the show does such a great job of reeling you in and hitting the heart. Hope season 2 keeps them together and all seasons after that.
