Mariachi Cascabel - Rio Grande City High School - 29th Annual Mariachi Extravaganza

Mariachi Cascabel from Rio Grande City High School is under the direction of Marcos Zarate. They were one of the seven groups out of 23 total to advance to the finals of the National Group Competition High School Category where they placed 3rd overall.
The Mariachi Extravaganza is one of the largest and most important mariachi music festivals in the world. Over 1,000 mariachi musicians, educators, and aficionados gather in San Antonio, TX every year to be a part of competitions, workshops, and events hosted by the Extravaganza.
