Mariachi Rayos Del Sol de Tucson High

I can't imagine how heartbreaking it must be for so many talented young people in our schools who for years played side by side in local mariachis or danced in our folklorico groups to suddenly find themselves sidelined for some indeterminable period of time. But in recognition of their talent, I plan to post things as I run across them to remind us that the clouds will break eventually. And while life has been interrupted, the great things you created endure. Here is the 2019/2020 edition of Mariachi Rayos Del Sol de Tucson High School - one of the best groups this city has produced - performing at a gathering of Hispanic school superintendents and administrators in November, 2020.
