This has to be one of my favourite performances, actually this whole SNL segment, as her Can't Let Go performance was spectacular too! Her placement & phrasing are mindblowing, examples; 2:17-2:21 2:40-2:46 You can even see from her mouth, where she placing those belts & the ease she has, which can be heard from how bell like her sound is in that area. Not forgetting how her pronunciation & phrasing are on point! Whilst telling that story & really emoting. Wish she let go during performances like this now a days.

This is probably her best *RAW* live performance of her career imo. It's just so good and full of emotion. SNL also has one of her best Vision Of Love performance in 1990, with her jean jacket. My favorite performance by her is still Make It Happen in 1995 & Underneath The Stars in 1996. You really need to start reviewing The Clark Sisters, YOU WILL GET YOUR LIFE!

There are two things that people underrate Mariah for. One is her songwriting/producing skills and the other her low notes. A layman only see her for her high notes. And you obviously ain't one.
