I was at the London performance a week before this. If you compare the ending of this song to the London performance, they are noticeably different - for example the timings on "when you left" are different in the two performances. If they were pre-recorded they would be identical - they would have to be in order to allow her to lip sync. For the reason I do think it is live.

Don't care about it at all - it's her decision, but maybe she would be more confident in singing, if she doesn't have to look "beautiful" all the time.
