Teresa Den I am part of the new generation but hate most of the new music. Some of the artists nominated do have deeper songs but those songs are not the ones that get airplay or become popular. For example Ariana Grande 7 rings is a hit song but to me it’s one of her worst. A song like imagine is more meaningful for example. I appreciate Mariah’s music very much I know there are song younger lambs like me under 20. But yes the general teenager today has horrible taste in music. Lyrics are not as meaningful as this song.
