I didn’t know you mixed the mocha sauce in store. I’ve been trying for years to replicate my order at home and have yet to get it tasting the same. I swear the mocha sauce is key. My order is iced coffee +mocha +white mocha +half and half. Love your vlogs!

It would honestly take too much time. For example, at my shop when we’re super busy those few seconds make a difference. The best that can be done is sometimes like shaking the drink in a circular direction gently. Lastly, most people stir their own drink after anyway.

Ehhh i'd respectuflly disagree just because at my store, a lot of complaints are from unstirred cold brews or iced coffees. it's pretty hard to stir it well with a large straw and a lot of people enjoy it when i stir their drink with the popsicle stirerers we're given.
