Sylheti food is not like Bengali food. Patla kichuri, akhni, hard kichuri Sylheti style pulao , dail bora (istar) not iftar Making process is different. If u r see regular sylheti food diets We don't finish our lunch dinner without (lemon added dishes like হাতখরা not সাতকরা, আদাজামির dishes ) Also without টেঙা সালম - sour dishes) And definitely without হুকইন শিরা, হিদইল ভর্তা)। A lot of dishes what bebgali never eat.
