Hi Maria, the watercolour paintings you make are absolutely stunning. 💕 You are extremely talented! Hi 🤗❤️Thank you so much for your nice comment, I do have a video on "Blending Colors" it's a video with Macaw feather, then there's some I did in the past on watercolor papers, then wet on wet vs wet on dry... have you seen these ? i know I have to work on something more simple, right from the start... paints, brushes, paper.. first step ;) I always recommend to invest in a very good watercolor paper, a professional grade paper, also for beginners I think cold pressed is best, it's the most common one anyways. I think it may be easier to start with loose style, wet on wet techniques, because that's when you work with a lot more water.. and you can watch how it spreads and gets absorbed by the paper :) watching is the most important!💕😍

I find it quite fascinating that I only see you paint wet on dry (with very small exceptions--please tell me if I'm wrong in my observations); is there a particular reason why you don't paint wet into wet? I am just curious; I really like your techniques.

Thank you Bianca, I have more control over watercolors wet on dry but I also paint wet on wet and let the paint/water do its own thing, i like it painting both ways
