My Sunnis chill out pls, this is educational, only Allah swt is to be worshipped, remembering and paying respects to the great slaves of Allah is not automatically worshipping the slaves of Allah. Loving the great slaves of Allah is also loving Allah Him Self swt. Ofcourse there are some people out there who do extreme haram things, but this is not one of those things. Such educational videos are very good and helps all Muslims learn their history, different school of thoughts, and this helps us all toward our ultimate goal to unite our islamic world so we can finally restore our Khilafah insha’allah. So the Sunnis take it easy, and stop calling our Shi’i brothers and Sisters kuffars… because that is not helping Islam at all.

First off, Imam Husain (a) is son of Imam Ali (a), so Husain ibn Ali, not Husain ibn Abi Talib. Secondly, Muslims martyred (killed) Imam Husain but not Shiat Ali. Kufans and Syrian martyred Imam Husain (a). Kufah is a Shia city in our day and age but initially it was founded by the second caliph, Umar ibn al-Khattab as a garrison city between the Muslim Arab world and the conquered pre-Islamic Persia. There were all kinds of people in Kufah during the first caliphs. People from Persia, Syria, Iraq, Arabia and so on. That's why Imam Ali (a) moved the ruling center to Kufah during his caliphate. To reach out with his words to people of all involved countries. But after his martyrdom the Umayyads raised a generation against the Ahl al-Bait (a). So 20 years later Imam Husain (a) was martyred and a lot of the politically Shia were not Shiat Ali in creed. Just like you have supporters of the Islamic Republic of Iran today who are non-Shia or even non-Muslim. It was the Umayyads who martyred Imam Husain (a).
