Marianne, I absolutely love you! Ever since you ran for president, you have opened up my world to the power of love. Everything you said sadly came true. The love that you mentioned did not occur and therefore, our country has not healed. However, you have helped so many people in the meantime-which is so important! Thank you girl! ❤️

Dr. Taylor says 'radiantly beautiful' when speaking of women when they get older, I think she is an excellent example of this. She looks younger and healthier in this video then the first time I saw her over 13 years ago on Oprah. Pull up some of her other videos from 10 years ago and you can see what I mean. She lives her advice. I have a quote from her hanging on my front door and in my kitchen, "Please take responsibility for the energy you bring into this space." I am so glad she is coming out with a new book and that Marianne interviewed her. Thanks for the great interview!

What a gift you both give, and we have 8 billion more to get to know as they share their gifts and love for one another!! And all the critters and plants and systems of this awesome planet to learn about and from too!! I want to live forever with this kind of potential available. In my 70s, losing my age mates and so want to help manifest what you share. To me it feels very critical and necessary to learn and practice what you both represent.

I was so happy when I saw the title of the email from Marianne today. Two women I appreciate gathered for a discussion I knew would be brilliant. Both of you are an inspiration, and in a way you are both with me through the day from the morning. Jill, I already told you that I loved your book and I included it in my own work. I encourage everyone to read it and live it. Deep gratitude to both of you. Love and blessings to you all, from France.

Thank you to both of you for the insightful interview. Maryanne’s questions brought out of Jill a profoundness that I haven’t heard in other interviews with Jill. 45:54, Jill says: “We are feeling creatures who think. Not thinking creatures who feel.” This is our essence. Genesis 3:19: “… for you are dust, and to dust you will return.” This says to me that we are not physical beings with a spirit, we are spiritual beings in a (temporary) physical state. To me, this exemplifies the alignment of science and the Bible. Thank you

Jill I met in Amsterdam after a stroke I had, her lesson from her first book ('we are stroke survivors' ) have changed my life and brought me back , (as Marianne often said), from 'making your illness your calling card' , to living a strong powerful life right now. @Marianne this interview with Jill is mind-blowing , the left brain and right brain difference between the generations is thé conversation we need to have with concern to especially social media,! Thank you SO much Marianne can't wait to meet you in London next month Thank you SO much Dr. Taylor. buying your book NOW 💞🙌🏽

Love her work. I work in what I call Spiritual Epigenetics. I remember when she spoke and her book came out. I have genetic issues. "Spirituality" and belief have saved my life. I do a daily meditation called Deep Healing created by I believe, Boston U. who I now see has a big meditation program. I use Davidji who worked for Deepak Chopra and his partner Samuels so they are all spiritual epigenetists. Doing Deep Healing changes the brain in 8 weeks. I grew less reactive. My therapist noticed. Of course, I do a lot more inncluding Jungian archetypes and more. Totally fascinated by free will. Indeed we get to choose. I bet Mark Hyman MD would approve. Agree on all the lifestyle needs. 🙏🏽🌹

Incredible interview. I've been getting to know your internet presence over the last couple of weeks. This is peak Marianne as best as I can tell. I am a big fan and supporter. Even my republican parents find you compelling. My dad still has some taxes questions but he is genuinely interested. He voted for trump and is a life long republican. My step mom is a conservative, she is very intelligent and spiritually connected. She sees something in Marianne she hasn't seen in a democrat in her lifetime. My mom is anti-capitalist but definitely not a radical, she is a reformer. And me 24 and from what I've seen in my lifetime until now, I didn't think any progress was possible in America without at minimum a new constitution. Everyone in my family of 4 with very different political ideologies and everyone is seeing something in Marianne that they like. Something everyone knows they haven't seen elsewhere. Authenticity, spirituality, love, a desire to get along, an actual path to unity not just a message of unity. I think we all see hope in Marianne 2024 none of us have felt politically in a long time.

Great talk! So much to learn and talk about. The sense of wonder is squashed from an early age through our traditional education system, prior to millennials. I have come into contact with many adults that are suppressed and have lost the connection to the sense of wonder. Being still tapping into that area of the brain is a gift of solutions. When we are younger and "busy" people find this moment accidentally while taking a shower, or waking up at 3 am and quietly laying still, with no physical or emotional exterior interference. I would love to hear more about that area of the brain and it's gifts. I have always had my sense of wonder my entire life and have enjoyed it's befits.

Wonderful conversation. I did read the the stroke of insight and it's still on my bookshelf. You've reminded me of an experience I had at age 12. I was riding a horse when my senses were hightened, then I went into a grey space. As I came back to the present consciousness I was bathed in total bliss. I could define this as NDE but I was still on the horse and nowhere near death. Listening to this maybe I tapped into one of the 4 parts of the brain?

"brains having health within themselves so that they can then create healthy networks with other people but ultimately a brain is a single entity and it recognizes that the lack of health of a certain part of the brain skews the health of that brain into lack of health and that is exactly what at the macro cosmic level has happened with the human so how do we create a healthy brain inside of each one of us and for me that is whole brain living." That is so enlightening. Like the whole interview. Thank you thank you. This material is in my focus for months and each time I listen to Jill B.T. I discover a new and deeper part of the whole brain living for myself and for the whole humanity , as well as the meaning/purpose on this planet for myself in relation with the whole humanity. This is a real big picture aspect and PRACTİCE in a form that anyone ever been able to explain in that simplicity. Amazzzing

Blessings abound. Geri Gray, a younger version of myself, made conceptual art works with 4 autobiographical Jungian inspired archetypes in the mid 70's. Those 4 characters, or Shades of Gray, correspond exactly with Ms Taylor's analysis. A short time later, after a great deal of research into the central nervous system, pieces emerged with the theme of left and right brain. That was then, this is now. This conversation only deepens my understanding of my own intuitive downloads and the esoteric meanings of that art work. Then I did. Now I understand more. Furthermore, I still produce conceptual works of Art and live a life of service. One can do a lot of things well after 40 years of T'ai chi. Namaste

Dr. Jill Bolte Taylor carrying on the thought of healthy individuals leading to healthy politic, and that that would require healthy brain cells… this reminds me of how proper nutrition the world over could significantly curb intellectual disabilities. Perhaps it is all a terrible circle- if we were to look after the health of all children with all seriousness, then the brains, the inner worlds, the politics could all rise in quality. Oh do we have work to do. Thank you for a great conversation.

The neuroscientist whose brother's unfortunate neuro condition first placed her in a field of livelong personal investigation; whose tough mother had patience enough to see her slowly recover her missing left brain-this life scientist is now purposefully living her new life and enjoying simple pleasures out in nature. And sharing her unique born again story to the world. Of this I am confident-she has effectively answered her own eternal question as to "What is the meaning/purpose of life?" through her ordeal. And in such grand fashion! Each human life is different and challenges are as numerous as stars. Yet the desire to breakthrough to find one's way to the sweet spot of Whole Brain Living for oneself is the ultimate goal for our time on planet earth. Each human story will be different and is worth its telling. It's amazing that we get to learn from the best amongst us and from one another through books and videos. Let's make a brain huddle choice to "push forward", although in this case, serendipity, play and art may help more than relentless left brain striving! We are in this together more than we realise.

We are very close to what you described Marianne. "A bunch of enlightened people watching the nuclear bomb go off" It's no good the majority of us recognising this, if those who wield the power, military oligarchs, have brains wired in such a different way. They fail to see their own lack of 360 degrees of consciousness, they cannot see the pain that our awareness of their deformity of mind is foisting on the rest of us.
