9s running it only once there seems insane, no? Like, when you have 9s and get called on JT6 after you shove for nearly pot, how do you think you're ahead here often enough to only go once? When you get called you're so often behind that "confidently" running it once is just asking for variance to beat the hell out of you. Run it twice and hope to chop. Best that happens with once is you're ahead of some flush/straight combo that misses, which is still a terrible situation to put 9s in. gg

Mariano is obviously knowledgeable but some areas he really shows some inexperience or perhaps just subpar logic. I mean the first hand he called a check raise on backdoor possibilities. And then after that his bluff sizing was small on the turn, the only way to possibly save it was to shove the river or bet to represent a full house. His sizing called him out though. A full house on that board isn't betting an amount that is asking for the other player to fold, the bluff was just telegraphed there. Again he's obviously pretty knowledgeable of the game but you would almost never see a blunder like that on Brad's channel. All respect though!

I think j10 $5000 bet with position was a mistake in this exact spot , too much equity to bet fold and too many of his hands are either check shoving or check calling (rarely check folding) on a texture like that also he could easily have top pair flush draws or top 2 or sets

On the sb game hand: Don't think you ever play middling value as a check on turn, as you're full of it so often when you're betting. He's always calling with a speculative hand like he probably has. So, a hand like this that backed into a pair may just look you up on river. I'm not saying it's always a bet, but it was an option you didn't seem to consider 🤷‍♂️. Anyway, with all these shenanigans, can't wait until the day when you discover the actual most fun way to play poker: mixed games!

Nobody 3-bets river min-raises in bloated pots as a rebluff when there's a 4-straight on board. If he doesn't think you have a ten, he's just going to call. Miserable spot since he *might* 3-bet some other ten, but you're going to get shown QT a lot.

It’s wild to me how “bad” some people play at these stakes. In the Ah7h hand…WTF is that line that the villain is taking? He blocks the flush draw, so bet tiny on the river into your value hands??

Once again kindly asking that you add at least one playlist of all your vlogs to the channel. People can make individual playlists of channels, but if the channel creator makes a playlist it is much easier for viewers on different platforms to easily consume your content in mass. I watch a lot on the roku/fire stick and youtube channels with playlists are SO much easier to navigate and an overall better user experience. If a viewer wants to watch all of your vlogs in order, a play list makes it so easy. If someone wants to binge your vlogs and just put it on shuffle while they listen in the background and clean their house, a playlist makes that possible. A playlist will take you literally less than 2 minutes to make, is 2 clicks when you make a new video, and will improve your viewer experience greatly. Rampage, Neeme, Owen, etc all have playlists. Thanks again for the great content.
