Abbie Ann Johnson - Our Trisomy 13 Story

This is the story of Abbie Ann Johnson. She was diagnosed with Trisomy 13 at 17 weeks gestation and was born sleeping at 37 weeks. We hope that our story will offer hope, encouragement and the will to press on even during the hardest of journeys.
