Your music reminds me of what the contemporary soul scene here in the states used to be over the last 20 years. Things seem to have moved on here, and I really miss the lyricism and musical intimacy that you got from artists like Musiq and Maxwell (amongst many others). I have a family member in Germany who knows my tastes and she told me I HAD to give Marie Dahlstrom a listen... I've had "The Renditions" playing almost non-stop for a couple of weeks now. Definitely loving what you're bringing. Keep it up the great work!
