Ganun po talaga mam. Sorry to hear na you rebooked your husband's flight. Just wanted to give you some insights po of how the airline industry works. I've worked in the airline industry before. Pag kaya ihabol, ihahabol nman yan. Pag sinabi nila di na pede, hindi na po talaga. Kahit nanjan pa yung airplane, pag nag close door na po kasi yan, for sure awaiting air traffic clearance na yan sila. If i-open nila ulit yun, magka cause po yan ng delay and it will cost millions even if ilang minutes lang yan delay, kaya po strikto sila. Pag nabigyan na kasi ng clearance from tower, dka pedeng ma late kasi marami pong arrivals and departures. Need po nila sumunod sa instruction ng tower para iwas disgrasya din sa ere. Kunwari pinapa taxi na yung aircraft sa ganitong runway pero di sila sumunod kasi nag accommodate pa sa late na passenger, malaking problem po yun. Mag aantay ulit sila bago mabigyan ng clearance since hindi lang naman po sila ang may flight sa airport na yun. isa pa po, if offloaded na yung passenger sa system and iboboard nila ulit yun, sobrang hassle po nun kasi mag uulit na naman ng print ng manifest which takes time din, additional cause ng delay kasi di po pedeng wala yung passenger sa manifest. Yung iba mag i-irate kasi di nila maintindihan na bakit ayaw papasukin eh anjan pa eroplano di pa nakaaalis. Hindi po yun parang bus na pede kapa humabol hanggat di pa nakakaalis. Maraming proseso po pinagdadaanan nun and hindi nila kaya magtake ng risk na madelay yung flight and mag pepenalty sila ng million para lang din po sa iisang pasahero. Sana po maintindihan ng mga makakabasa.
