Somewhere I lost my self-love in totality. As I got older (sixties), it was the first time I experienced judgment of my achievements (or lack of), my looks, my age, others' opinion of my ability based on my looks and age, and a host of other things. So this podcast came in a timely manner, although I don't know how to start from beneath a "normal" starting point. And it is indeed reflected in my wealth, my very few friends' and their sudden new opinions of me, my mental and physical health. It is devastating. I no longer "bounce." I feel paralyzed.

For the young woman with the daughter who has cancer many have healed themselves from cancer by fasting and switching to keto. That would be harsh for a child that young to fast but maybe consider integrating a low oxalate veggie smoothie fast with keto and veering away from all chemicals laden, processed foods and dairy. Sometimes people develop cancer because they are unaware of food intolerances; histamine intolerances etc. dr. Mark Hyman may be a good doctor to work with . He has a functional medicine practice.

Marie, Thank You! About Sugar Craving... It "feels" like my body is both asking me to eat sugar & then complaining if I do. I understand that the request to eat sugar is actually coming from undesirable bacteria in my microbiome. Where as the subtle puffiness & subtle toxicity I feel after eating sugar 🎉is my body's message not to do it. I have a very healthy diet, except for the sugar. The benefits I feel immediately after sugar are energy & reduced fear/resistance. How can I gently let go of the daily craving & still enjoy birthday & holiday celebrations with friends & family? Thank you 😊

Yes my body wants me to do the acid watch diet after a tooth issue. I realised it was a low level addiction, even though I was pretty healthy
