What makes Takaful compliant with the notion of gharar? How does it remove excessive risk - is it because of the investment from the part of it?

Both takaful and commercial insurance use risk pooling to reduce gharar experienced by the holder of the contract exposed to the insured peril.

I think conventional insurance is more Islamic than Takaful insurance since with insurance you know what you've bought but with Takaful what you've bought is left to chance.

Takaful is not a contract of exchange and as such the issue of what is bought doesn't exist.

@@feisalhusseinswaleh5669 Of course its a contract, you pay money ("donation") to get coverage. You purchase reduction of gharar, and that is valuable.

But with policy insurance. That i will be remove if i dont pay for a few month or i stop at certain month. Is that halal? I very doubt about this. Because tabarruk is about barakah.

Hi i have a question to asking. 1.Is it Takaful if i have to renew my policy every 5 years and the fee i paid are increasing from 200 to 280? 2.if my room and board was 200 and the hospital said no room for me, but only room for 500 and the insurance agents asking me to paid another 300 is it Takaful? 3. If yesterday i got heart attack, next year i got diabetes and the insurance agents increase the fee from 200-450 is it Takaful? And how about the agent terminate my insurance 24/7? 4. If my annual limit was 50k. My son injuries bone and have to paid 20k, my daughter get high fever and have to paid 10k and my wife got cancer and have to paid 30 k. With one is better? Take a family plan or family package? Because im are confusing about Takaful. Some said its increase some said not. But i know takaful its much better than conventional insurance. Can you help me? Thank you.

Muhammad As siddiq Abdul Rahim get separate Takaful for each n every one of your family members. so u can be sure that the limit will always sufficient. in takaful, your premium will not for nothing if u dont have any claim. because it will multiply your savings and divident.
