At the start of each of your team's turns, if the enemy isn't already affected by any "Elemental Effects," you put a random one on them. For each Elemental Effect on the enemy, your hero's basic stats go up by 7%. If an ally uses a skill on an enemy that has an Elemental Effect, that same effect is applied again for 3 turns. When an enemy has 4 Elemental Effects stacked, they are all removed, and instead, the enemy gets a Debuff based on the Elemental Effects they had. This Debuff lasts 1 turn. They also lose 15% remaining HP and you gain Damage Reduction per debuff if you have the relic Thats all she does in that team setup used in the vid
