He looks animated, that’s one of the things o really appreciated Manson for back in the day, you couldn’t tell if he was real or not, he legitimately looked like a doll and it’s was so creepy, I LOVE IT 🥰🥰

He’ll never top Antichrist superstar . Part of the reason for that was because of Daisy Berkowitz. Berkowitz was responsible for a lot of that album . I was 11 when that album came out .Wish I could have seen Manson back then. Don’t really care to see him now . But Antichrist Superstar is a legitimate masterpiece on many levels.
@angelashinner4 жыл бұрын
@@zeusturquoise171 Idk why you guys keep saying Daisy affected the album heavily. Manson kept saying in his book that Daisy had no idea what they were doing and never participated and was just selfish and bragging
@Jackp20033 жыл бұрын
@@zeusturquoise171 It is very powerful indeed. What is your favorite part about it? The great lyrics, sound design, etc?
@gagetaylor1922 жыл бұрын
@@angelashinner You're aware that not only is his book considered satire but it wasn't even written by Manson, right? So take that with a grain of salt. It's widely known that Daisy was a huge contributor for both Portrait Of An American Family and Antichrist Superstar. In both the guitar work and the writing process. Listen to the demo of Antichrist Superstar and listen to all of the Portrait similarities, a lot of the sound is very much Daisy. And most of the guitar stuff and riffs were kept in the final release. Just played by different guitarists when he left. Don't disrespect Daisy and equate him to having done nothing when he's probably the bandmate most responsible for why Manson became such a big success. Whether or not what Manson said was true it's funny how so much of the album kept what Daisy wrote.

I am getting so fucking sick of people saying "I miss the old manson". Each of his albums are a specific idea, and image . Even then, he's still the same person. Outside of a touch of moderation, Manson still feels the same way he did back in 1996. The issue, is that people just associate ACSS as Manson's founding, because it was our first taste or something we never heard before.
