The first time I listened to this song I didnt know the lyrics or anything but the first few seconds of the song made me feel pain. I was so confused of how I can feel that with only hearing the first few seconds can make me feel sadness, depression, and horrible pain, was so unique. I then looked up the lyrics. I was in tears when reading them. I still had that feeling. My point is that Marilyn Manson can make you feel pain in his songs. This man makes extremely unique music and I hope he continues it.

Yeah. Here too. The line "cause you were from a perfect world, a world that threw me away today" reminds me of the moment I was dumped in 2017. Three years later it still feels like a dagger every time I hear it. I know it's not the meaning in the song, but it's interesting how fragments of things haunt us in different ways.

Exactly. What it feels like. Music is not supposed to just sound good imo. Thank god my step dad introduced me to this kind of music. My friends listen to things like lil pump and 6ix9ine (so uhhh were in 8th grade. How do people enjoy this?) And when I listen to that it just doesn't capture the same feeling and it's kinda bland. Point is music is more than just something you can dance to.

You're a recent enough comment please read this. I worry about my girlfriend and what she's going to do when she can't get her prescriptions... It's so sick that they put kids on addictive drugs that cause them to lose their minds when they don't have them... as bad as her bipolar depression is... there had to of been a better way to help her... I was depressed and suicidal too, before I met her... but she changed that, well, mostly... but no matter what I do she can't really overcome her mental illness, because the drugs are pushing all that stuff back and even if she sustains this addiction the side effects are sure to set in eventually... the drugs may keep the depression at bay, but they steal a part of her away... not to be lude... but that one day she didn't take them, and she was having a nervous breakdown from withdrawal, her orgasm was so much more powerful... those drugs rob her of her feelings and her intimacy... she also has nightmares every time she goes to sleep almost that are very strange and a sleep disorder that I believe is related... they say she shouldn't do weed because of the meds and sudden serotonin syndrome, which I confirmed to be true with an expert on weed... but I have no doubt the weed would suppress those nasty nightmares because it keeps you from remembering your dreams... it's quite the conundrum.

I love Marilyn Manson. When you read his interviews, you know that he's really not a drug addict. He has done drugs till the fun part of it. But he capitalizes the suffering of a drug addict to sell his music. If you have personally known a drug addict, you know it's very cruel to capitalize on something like that...
