When I was watching both parts of the interview I felt so bad for Marilyn. It seemed to me that allot of the time the interviewer was making fun of him & trying to make him look bad. And of course he was smiling the whole time making it look like it was out of innocence. But I think the best part of the interview was how Marilyn kept it together & tryd to not let it bother him. MM is awesome!! I would love to meet him someday.

No need to worry about this situation. Stefan meant it more in an ironic way. He probably didn't have the right words to convey it in English, in the same context. That was probably a bit uncomfortable for Raab, because he has respect for Manson. Besides, Marilyn reacted quite well. But I can imagine that both of them were happy when the show was over. Afterwards, they definitely spoke without the camera. Raab once said that.

In Germany we have a great word for this interview, its: "Fremdschämen" which means in English, you feel ashamed for someone else. Next time Manson visit a German show, please someone, make him a gift and give him a shirt with bold letters and this word on it. I am sure he would thank it to you!

Ach ja, damals als sein Cover von "Personal Jesus" (von dem ich zuerst noch nicht mal wusste, dass es ein Cover ist) noch neu war. 2004, schöne Zeit. Da hab ich so langsam härtere Musik für mich entdeckt. Aber Manson hat mir damals noch Angst eingejagt. Hab den Auftritt beim Comet auch gesehen und wegen ihm vorzeitig abgebrochen. Heute find ich ihn cool! :D \m/ Aber mal 'ne Frage: wusste der Raab nicht, dass "Lest We Forget" "nur" ein Best-Of-Album ist? Oder hat er's vergessen zu erwähnen? Sollte man dem Publikum schon sagen. Davon abgesehen wirkte das ganze Interview ziemlich... naja, im englischen sagt man dazu "awkward". Raab wirkte nicht wirklich vorbereitet. Und so wirklich witzig war die Horoskop-Nummer auch nicht.

I can't prove to you if I can pronounce "th" right or not, but I am way better in English than this moron. It has nothing to do with Raab beeing exited, he had no research on Manson except for some silly rumours. He realized quickly, the person he met is kinda different from what he though he would be. If he would be able to improvise and would speak better English, I am sure this interview would be a lot better. Doch Deutschland macht einen Fleischer zum Moderator, der internationale Stars interviewt, da erwarte ich nicht sonderlich viel. Die Redaktion von TV Total ist sicherlich auch aus ähnlichen Gewerben, demnach hat man auch nicht gründlich genug recherchiert und das schon zu Zeiten von Google! Sehr traurig!
