Awesome spot indeed! I had to guard my cameras for 5 hrs to prevent them from getting wet in the earlier rain, and topping over (into the bay) when the crowds started to build up. And yes, the atmosphere was electrifying. Thanks for your encouragement!

I did the filming near the Esplanade. You can see the Marina Bay Sands in the background. Other good spots are - the Promontory (see my National Day Fireworks video), outside the Marina Bay Sands (where they perform the "Wonderful World"), on the gallery facing the Floating platform (need to buy tickets in advance) and at One Fullerton. Be there early and hope that the wind blows in your favour. Good Luck!

Hi Hoa Vu Quy, come at 7pm and you can choose which ever spot you want. Come at 8 and you have to beg people to give you space. You have to be very patient as time passes very slowly. Make some friends if you can. Hope to meet you.

Hey Erwin, this is last year's video. 2014 video is being uploaded. Filming location was outside the Esplanade Theaters, towards the right if you face the fireworks.
