Hi Marina just came across your video and it looks great 👍 l have subscribed so will follow you. Love that it’s just like cooking with a friend. Strangely my late mother used to make something similar but they are made with the thick ends of pastry when she makes her own filo. The off cuts. She would roll it and cut as you did these with 2 cuts and deep fried them. We had them with no sugar. I grew up on them and I’m 70 years old. I can’t wait to make these cristoli your way I’m sure they will be lovely. Thank you for sharing💖🌹

We drizzle ours with honey instead of sugar sometimes too
