Hi I made my own gluten free Lassana sheets the other I used 2 cups of Woolworths gluten free plain flour I find that the best and Xantham gum salt cracked pepper and some parley and I needed 5 eggs and a little bit of water half the dough I made into fettechi and rolled it out but not thin enough still a bit thick and then cut up with knife and cooked in salted boiling water for 10 mins but did not dry the Lassana sheets out probably should have and I probably should have pre cooked the sheets but didn't then cooked Lassana for 25 mins they were a bit slopping but better than hard they tasted very nice were can I email you photos please

Thanks for asking BILL I have used HAS NO or ORGRAN gluten free flour and they have been fine

Not working!!!!- through the roller the dough breaks up into chunks
