I've been testing the deck again bc of this support. I added 3 abyss shark, 1 shark drake and 1 silent angler, in order to increase the consistency of making toad and play through nib.

Springirl burns for every Marincess card milled by her effect, not for each one in GY

I think this new card does best in the handtrap soup variants that forgo battle ocean all together. You just play 3 Blue Tang, 3 Springirl, 1 Aqua Angel, 1-3 Sea Horse, 1 Dive and Wave each, and 0-3 Cynet Mining, and the rest ALL handtraps. You get the 1 card combo for Bubble Reef + Wave consistently, with Blue Tang + Extender adding a Toad on top of that. The information that Aqua Angel provides is crucial as it lets you know where to best time the 3-4 handtraps you'll have. (Personally not my favorite variant, but probably the best at a competitive level)

You could have easily outted Chaos Angel by using Marble to put Argonaut back in Extra deck, summoning it, then using the bounce back effect after using Wave on Angel

I think in that last chimera game you could have wave the chaos angel since you had a link 3 or higher and pop it with zealantis whicg probably would have been game

Really cool list! What about 2 light stage 1 aqua angel? It's a lot better going second and aqua angel is once per duel anyway

I’d flip the ratio. 1 more card for blue tang to reveal (a plus is a plus at worst), and I don’t think I’d ever want to use light stage more than once. Maybe add in terraforming too since it could search either stage or battle ocean?
